SUS can not accept the license for Windows xp sp2

I have been running SUS for several months now. I am now ready to take the plunge and install XP SP2 on the desktops. For some reason when I approve the SP2 update it comes up with an error that says "Cannot display the license aggrement" and the "Accept" button is greyed out. The only thing I can choose is Don't accept and then it cancels out. I have had no problems approving all other updates. Has anyone else seen this?
