SURegCreateKey error message

I am trying to install Novell Client on my home PC so I can log into work. I have downloaded the file. When I run the setup.exe file I get an error message "SURegCreateKey Failed". What causes this? How do I correct it? I cannot get Novell to install but I believe the problem is Windows 98 2nd addition.

I have copied all the dll's and vpx files to the folder Novell is looking for them in.

If you have Norton SystemWorks running. Disable all modules and try re-installing Novell Client. It seems that Norton causes this error to occur. Hope it helps, cfcanter.
