Is there a way to suppress the total from GF1 in the various drilldown sections as shown in the following:

GH1 Region
GH2 County (drilldown)
GH3 City (drilldown)
D ZipCode (drilldown)
GF2 Region Total (drilldown)
GF1 State Total

I would like the State Total to show on the first page, but then be suppressed when drilling down into the County, City and Zip details.

I appreciate any help on this problem.

Thanks,
T.

Go to file->options->reporting->and uncheck "Show All Headers on Drilldown". Then assuming you have the GF1 hidden, it will only appear when you drill down on GH1, but not when you drill down on GH2. One caveat, though. I think this only works if you have set the options BEFORE designing the report. If you try to change it midstream, it won't take effect on the existing report.

Hello LBass!
Thanks for replying to my post. I have tried unchecking the "Show All Headers on Drilldown" option, but then I have a problem with my report headers not showing up on my drill downs. Any other suggestions Lbass?!

Thanks for your help!
P.S. I was able to uncheck this option after I had created my report.

I wonder whether you mean "page headers", not "report headers". You can insert a second GH#2. Place the page headers into GH#2a, and place your groupname fields for group 2 into GH#2b. Then go to format->section->GH#2a->suppress->x+2 and enter:

Not OnFirstRecord

This will allow the headers to appear at each level of drilldown where there is a detail field displayed.
