Trying to get a 4621SW IP Phone to dial a number from the web browser. I have embedded the number in the wml file but the phone automatically prepends a '9' to the start of the number.

I want to stop it doing this because it is an internal extension that I want it to dial. I have tried putting another value for it in the 46xxsettings.txt file but that hasn't worked.

But the phone dials 93971.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. Could you be a little more specific? It seems weird that you need to implement a workaround like this just to stop the phone automatically outpulsing a digit.

If this were the only way to do it, what should I have the ars digit conversion form look like?

Never mind - figured it out.

For anyone else who needs to turn this feature off, use:

SET ENHDIALSTAT 0

in the 46xxsettings.txt file.

Thank you!
