There are a handful of third-party support providers for legacy IPC systems. They are mostly "one man and a dog" operations and several operate under the cloud of litigation from IPC. There is one company, MarketCom, that seems to have established itself to some degree in terms of a relatively large number of clients and operates on the up-and-up with IPC by buying legitimate software licenses for the systems they sell and support. It is run by ex-IPC technicians and they have a cadre of technicians in both NY and Chicago. They also provide support in other locations through a network of independent contractors.
