I'm looking for someone in Plano TX that can setup my Meridian mail on a an Meridian 1 Opt 11. It has already been programmed but unable to access the voice mail? Hard drive was not working at first, nut now it is working again. I need to be able to dail into the system and setup now. Thanks!!!

bad news is this forum has no contact me link and post with email or phone numbers are not allowed. might search the posted resume's for someone in plano. is the system up and you just need remote access?

The system is up. We can dail into the voice mail but the session is not allowed. My brother works on these but he has never done a start up. The system was working fine till he took it done and moved it to my office. He can log into the Meridian mail but is have problems connecting the extensions 6555 and says the sessions can not be allowed at this time. So he is unsure where to go. Thanks
only two places to look, from the main options 3 4 and 1 gets you to the vsdn table, that is the 1st place the mail looks for dn's, then it looks at mail boxes. vsdn table assigns dn's to voice services, menus, announcements etc. the session can not be completed sounds more like a norstar then a mermail, i don't know if i've heard that msg from the mermail.. session sounds more vsdn then mailbox. what did 6555 reach before the move?
