Hi,

Everytime I try to send an email to a Distribution Group I get "An internal support function returned an error"

The Distribution Group and contacts were all imported from Outlook 2000.

Thanks

JP

I re-created the distribution list and tried to send but still got the problem "An internal support function returned an error" wierd!!!

I am getting the same thing. However, I was able to send to this group at one time after upgrading. Now its not working...

I'll keep digging, if I find something I'll let you know too.

((don't ya hate responses like this, sorry about that - I don't have a fix yet)) ;)

You may have already resolved this, but after finding this kb link: I searched through my DL and found a duplicate address in there. I removed one of them and it went through fine.

I'm not running AD or Exchange as the KB mentions, but it pointed me to the problem.

Hope this helps,

Mike

I have solved my problem by removing duplicates accounts and creating new distribution lists. My original distribution list had 600 email contacts, I recreated new goups with 150 in each group and now have no problem.

Hope this helps,

JP
