Is there any apparent reason why I would not be able to program and enable SUPL 12, cab 0, slot 6 in a Opt61C? Does a switch need to be INI'd when such a programming change is made?

CEQU is what we need to determine problem. It will give you superloops as well as any other loops programmed such as T1s and conf/tds.

It seems we might be going in the wrong direction here. You say you can not enable card 12-0-6, that tells me you can enable card 12-0-5, yes? What about 12-0-7? Or is it in fact a new Superloop and you can not enable any card for range A(0-3), B(4-7), C(8-11), D(12-15)?

If you can enable some of the cards in a range of card 6, you just might have a bad card.

We do need to see the Supl for loop 12 in LD 97 for sure.

johnpoole and callenj suggestions are best, if you show us the info we don't have to guess....

and like callenj says you can have up to 4 loops per IPE... unless you can trust the stickers... you might be looking at a differed loop all together.
