OK, My Bad.

With the later Releases of Magix Software, you have to specify the GROUP number to activate it.

You can get away with the wild card of * (STAR)

So, the steps are:

Feature
32
Group Number (*)
HOLD

That should do it.....

Does that extension have to be an operator? Just because its on the 1st or 5th port doesn't mean its an operator.

Yes I had her try it and still no good....like I said before it worked on the operator phone...So what is next?

02miller - Is the extension you are trying to do this an OPERATOR Position or not?

If it is, then the next step would be to print and post SYSTEM SETUP.

Sounds like you need to make it an operator. Go to operator, positions, direct line, put in extension number, then press store all. System will reset and try again.

Did you do EXTENSION NUMBER ENTER then STORE ALL?
