Supervisor Login Problem 1

Hi

I just installed BO 5.1.2 without any errors or warning on win2000 Professional.

i did

Business object 5.1-> supervisor-> admin-> then i created a supervisor.

but i tried to login again as a super visor its giving USR0045 error " Can not reach repository database'.

the database connection working fine in test also failed sometime even though I have created the user in Oracle 8.1.5 Server, i am taking care of case sensitivity.

please help me .

Did you copy the key file into LocData folder? Also try to connect to Oracle using SQLPlus and check if it is connecting. Where did you create the repository from??? Is it from the same machine or different machine??? If it is different machine then you need to modify your TNSNAMES.ORA to make the correct entry that was there in the PC from which you created the repository.
