Supervisor/Emergency buttons/OTM

I have m3905 phones and I wish to activate the supervisor and the emergency buttons. We have Symposium and OTM. When I look at the phone in OTM it seems like the button are active but when csr's hit the buttons nothing happens.Any help would be appreciated. Here is the TN>>>

I think you need to put in the Superevisors POS ID, or SPID on the agents phone. You have this TN with SPID none.

Enter the Sup's SPID and have the agent press their EMR key and that should call the Sup.

That work like a charm, the pos id is what I needed, thanks nortelinsd. One last thing how about the emergency key, what needs changed for that to work?
 
One other thing, the supervisor gets the call but when an agent tries to conf the call nothing happens, any clue what I need to turn on for this to work?
