Try the Ascential Website. What product are you using that you need the sunset date for. Remember Ascential uses a 5 tiered "sunset" system, not exectly the same as Mercator used to. 7.5 is the current release, 6.0 is cat 4, 6.5.x will be cat 3 soon, anthing prior to 6.0 is dead, since it was sunsetted quite a while before Ascential bought Mercator. Most delays in support response is from the customer not supplying enough information in the initial e-mail (like valid customer ID). However, there was a recent delay caused by a hurricane.
