Summit 24 password recovery

how can i recover a password on a summit24 swicht?
i tried to enter the boot prom, but when pressing space i has no effect.
pls help me!

Spacebar at bootup. then when in bootmenu, force to default settings, and reload. You should be able to login using default login/password.
