Suggestions Wanted on ActionScript Tutorial

Hi, I'm pretty well grounded in the fundamentals of Flash MX 2004, having worked through the six-CD "How to Gurus" tutorial. Now, I'd like to learn how to use Flash ActionScript 2. Does anyone have any suggestions on well designed, reasonably priced self-study tutorials that take a non-programmer like me step-by-step through the process of learning how to use ActionsScript 2?
