Suggest names To, Cc, and Bcc fields check box.

I have some users that use the "Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields" My problem is it only seems to work for a 1 day period. The name resolution only works if they send multiple emails to the same recipient on the same day. The next day it no longer completes the email addresss that it would complete on the previous day. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Just curious, what version of Outlook are you using? I've had the same problem on Outlook 2002, but only periodically.

Yes it is Outlook 2002. Did you ever find a solution to the problem?

No, it hasn't been that big of a deal, just a minor annoyance. I finally decided to look into it when I saw your post. Help for Outlook seems to say it will check automatically and that you can also do it manually. Of course it's working for me now, but when it didn't work automatically I could still check manually just fine.

Have you installed the latest updates for Outlook?

I installed all the Office and Windows updates. Still testing to see if that helps. Thanks for the input
