Go to then follow "Technical Documentation", apply a filter on release 5.5, andlook for the NTP which you want.
Do you want to stay in the TDM world or go into IP. If you stay TDM you should just be able to use your existing SSC card, if using anything IP throw away the ssc replace with MGC & install CPPM Call server + Sig server. Its easy to use your DB as you can save an archive of the 11 & maigrate the db on install
