Just recently upgrade 81 c 25.40 to 3.0. Upgarde went fine. The issue that I have found is in optivity (2.1) after the upgrade. I no longer see the CLID on incoming calls in the reports. Any help would be great.
About 8 months ago I upgraded to 4.0 and I encountered the same issue. I use a mdr 2000e buffer box that I had to get them to reprogram. The new 3.0 software changes the output format for CLID. I called avotus to get them to help me and they would not even talk to me until I had a service contrat on that buffer box. It cost me 300.00 for one year and they called into the box and fixed the problem. It only took them about 2 mins to fix but I had to have it done.
Is it possible that the output format of the CDR was changed to the NEW or 3-line format (they are both the same thing but it depends on what part of the world you are in)?
If so you will have to get your call accounting software profile changed to match what is now being output on the CDR port.
I would ask someone in here who might be familiar with OTM's call accounting functionality.
John Poole this all started right after I upgradeto 3.0. I can see the RAW data and the information is there. Paidsergrey mention that the output might be different in the MDR 2000. Dose any know what line changes need to be changed in teh MDR 2000
Thanks everyone , the answer was in the MDR BUFFER BOX. I had to change one of the option on the string. And also make a change to the CFN. I had to set FCDR to NEW. Thanks again to evryone for the help
