Hi,
I have 5 reports that I created using the "Running total fields" utility in crystal reports.
I wrote a function for every single field so I can calculate the ranege of data that I would like in my report.
Reports are working fine and I am getting the results that I am expecting.
Now I have a problem with inserting the other 4 reports as a sub report of report # 1.
In Running total fields' I chose to reset on change of group 1: Job Description (this is the common field in my report that I would like to start new page when the Job Description changes)
I linked the subreports based on Job Description field.
I keep ending up with 1000+ pages of report.
I would like to keep all 5 reports in one page(they should fit on one page since they are all summary reports with only 3-4 lines each)

Describe where the subreports are in the main report.

I suspect that you need them in the group header or footer since you are linking by the description.

That means that for every description, the subreports will fire.

If this doesn't help, try posting technical information instead:

Crystal version
Database/connectivity used
Example data (show columns and joins)
Expected output

-k

Database connectivity - ODBC(Access2003)
Crystal Reports V10
Reports are grouped by Job Description and I insteted the running totals in Group herader of the report (1Group - Job Description).
Here is how the report should look like:
