subreport did not export

My text file contains only the primary report and no items from the subreport. Any ideas on how to get the subreport to export to text file?

Do you have the subreport in a supressed section ? It will not run if this is the case.

I guess it was: conditionally suppressed but that didn't seem to matter. I think it printed all the time anyway.
