Hello,

We are currently running OpenVMS V7.1.

What is the syntax for submitting a command file which
will re-submit itself to run everyday?

From memory on the OLD RSTS/E it was time+1day

Thanks for the time

Here is a sample of our daily backup job:

$ SUBMIT /NOPRINTER /LOG=SQ:BACKUP.LIS /AFTER=TOMORROW+:01 -
/PARAMETERS=("AUTO") /USER=SYSTEM USR:BACK.COM

it runs at 1:00 every morning and re-submits itself...
(TOMORROW=after midnight)

KIRBY2000,

Thanks, that's just what I need.

Have a star!
