submit button

Im doing a webpage and i have a form on the webpage with typical things like First Name, Last Name, Address etc.. My question is how would I go about putting a submit button under this form that will take all the information from the form, add it to a new email, and send it to a certain address? Any info would be wonderful.

If I was to answer as much as u have posted then the answer would be:
-insert submit form button

now, for a real answer u need to write more:
- is this just "enter-send" or do u have a database in the back that will collect the data?
-if so what server/db/language are u using?

there is a diff. between posting in Ultradev forum vs. Dreamweaver.....the line is fine but the techniques are much differnt! sooo write some more ;-)
