I have a mixed OS environment - Win2K and XP pro & home edition. I have a runtime app with a frontend/backend setup. I have a search form where a user enters data in field1 of the main form and the subform, linked on field1, pulls the appropriate data. Of the 10 users, one get's a white screen when he loads the main form, all the others don't have a problem.
If I put valid information in field1, I still get nothing. It's like the subform doesn't exist. I've tried the following:
delete & update the frontend, install all OS updates, repair the runtime, uninstall the runtime and reinstall it, run ad-aware to remove any ad items.
Nothing has worked. Any ideas as to why this happens? It's only on the one machine. Thanks.
