I have a form divided into pages with tab controls at the top of the form. On page 2 I have inserted a subform. Whenever I switch to page 2 from another page in the form, it automatically scrolls down to the top of the subform, no matter what I may have above the subform. Is there a way to stop this from happening and make each page automatically load so that the tab controls are at the top?

I take it the form is bigger than the window it's displayed in. Your form scrolls because when Page 2 is activated, the subform has the focus. Access will always scroll when necessary so that the focused control can be displayed. If possible, you should modify your form's design to fit within the window. But you probably need to get the focus onto the first control on page 2 anyway.

Page controls (which reside on tab controls) have their own tab order, separate from the main form's. Check the tab order on page 2. I'll bet you'll find the subform is the first visible control in the tab order. Just correct the tab order and your problem should go away. Rick Sprague
