I have a report based on a call records database. I am trying to print up a billing sheet using crystal reports. Here what i have so far.
RH = None
PH = None
GH = None
Details = 2 pages of invoice looking things. Just like you would see on a cell phone bill. I has lots of labels and fields here and there with surcharges, tax, monthly rates, set up fees, tax, tax and tax. Keep in mind this is 2 pages long.

I have it grouped by department name. so on the left i can click on my department and the invoice will come up. My problem is that i can't get a sub report on the bottom of the second page to list the details of the calls. Just like a cell phone bill the 2 first pages are a summary of things, and im trying to get all the call details to list row after row..like a phone bill would. I think it will add another page or two to the report. How can i create a sub report and have it display only the criteria im using for my main report? If i just put the fields in the details section along with the 2 pages of summary stuff it displays it but only displays 1 record at a time.. I need a list of call logs in my report?? I will much appreciate the help
