Sub menu in navigation

Using Dreamweaver MX I created a navigation bar which on the whole I am pleased with. But can someone tell me if it is possible to include sub menus?

I have also tried to create a navigation bar using Fireworks but it will insist on producing horizontal sub menus rather than verticle.

Thanks for that Cheech, I had found this excellent place for resources before. But the problem I have with these is that when using frames I can't get it to target "mainframe" Any coding I try just seams to stop the whole thing working and all you view is a blank page.
