sub folders invisible

Hi

I've set up user A to view the inbox of another user B when A logs in using outlook they can see the inbox of user B no problem.

However user B has sub folders under the inbox ie child directories and USer A cannot see these

Can anyone suggest why?

Set permissions on the subfolders as well.

Thanks for that silly I suppose just assumed that permissionswere carried down the tree to the children as per normal, clearly not so
