Stumped-Please Help

Web server recently started serving a webpage that required user population of fields then the completed form is emailed to the user and to a mailbox on the E5.5 server.(using smtp on the webserver) Only problem is that the user is getting the email but the exhange mailbox is not. Webpage bulder thinks it might be a relay issue. I have setup the mailbox, can email to and send from it but can seem to get the webserver to relay to the exchange server.

Kinda newbie so pardon if needed info is missing. Any help greatly appreciated.

Though a different application, I am having the same problem. Installed a new web-access server, and it won't relay--550 error. Have been struggling with this for toooooo long. WE NEED HELP!!

Do you have relaying locked down? Are internal recipients the only users allowed to recieve mail from this server?

Is the webserver and the exchange server the same machine?

I unlocked relaying by ip and by dns. The webserver and mail server are on different machines, same subnet, Relaying is working.

Sorry, forgot to answer the other question. Yes, my internal users are the only ones that receive mail from that server.
