If someone has forgotten their password to their voicemail is there a way to override it and make a new password or even a new mailbox for that location?

Can someone please give me the instructions on how to do both of these?
Programming can be done one of two ways for this action to happen.
From a telephone keyset, or by using laptop.
its in administrator programming.
Its all in the manual which you must have to program system.
If you dont have manual you need to get one.
A manual is provided on each ksu sold, in cd form.

Or if you have misplaced the manual - there is a great WEB site (my second favorite after this one) where someone has compiled an incredible list of manuals as pdf files. I think the Starplus STSe stuff is there, as well - the site is (I am a Vodavi rookie so I don't know the actual steps.) Hope this helps - D
