ferhelping,

thanks very much! When you are faced with a site design project in Flash how do you approach it?

In a typical non-flash site design you have a tree structure with parent/children page relationships and navigation tools tying them together.

What is the same construct in Flash? ie. Movie, Button and Graphic Symbols tier into a scene, then multiple scenes tier into a movie? I have seen examples of complex sites with only one Keyframe in the main timeline. How is this done? Is the symbol>scene>movie structure the best way to assemble complex projects? What are the alternatives? Obviously minimizing file size is a key consideration as is pre-load strategy...

I have asked this question of many and there seem to be no architectural guidelines for site design (which means it is flexible, but it leaves me lost!)

Do you understand my question?

Thanks Again

Gusto
