How do i go about using stream writer and the write function to open a text file and put text in a specific place in the text file?

You only have two options for writing to a file afaik: either append to the end of the file or overwrite it. In your case you'd probably have to read all the contents of the file, insert the data you want where you want it and then (over)write it all back into the file.
