streaming .mov files

I am wondering if when i stream (on demand) a .mov file on an http server, there is some way of preventing the client from saving it to disk?

From what I know, there is not way to record a Stream On Demand movie. Actually I am trying to write a program that will do this.

Anyone know any different? (I would love to find an application that will record the stream for me)
