I have 500 high school students setup on my server to have access to misc programs and a personal folder. I have a user whose name is appearing on everyone documents as being the author of that document. This user has had no contact with those documents so I am unsure how this user name is getting on them. I am also having document that are being locked a various time by this same user name. I have even changed the user name, password and other info but I am still having the problem with the original user name. Any idea what might be causing this problem?
