I have a text but it's acting unusual. When i expand the box the text expand too and i want to expand the box in order to add more text not to make bigger the text.

Hi,
If you want to expand the text box don't use the black arrow, use the hollow error. Select the points of the text box vertical or horizontal (select the two points) abd drag the text box. Now your text will refloat without changing the text behaviour.

There are two different ways to start normal text in .ai
One is to just click once anywhere and start typeing, this is more of a text object than a block of type. The other meathod is to click and drag a box first the start typing inside. This is better for making columns of type fit just right and flow into eachother. It sounds like what you did was the first meathod. To my knowledge, if you use the second meathod, either arrow will resize the box only. BEHOLD! As Steve Jobs introduces us the latest in desk-lamp technology!
