Strange Problem with Printers Todayq

I have been out with the flu and upon my return this morning, I have found no one can print via Citrix. We have Metaframe XP FR3 on W2K servers. All of a sudden my printers are no longer being auto-created! I tested a couple of users thru their desktops-no printers-when there are 3-4 on the workstation. I also just launched a Citrix Published app on my machine and tried printing thru the app. I did not see any of the printers on my machine. There have been no patches or updates applied to the server this week and everything was fine until today.

Any ideas/suggestions greatly appreciated.

It was corruption in the all users system32 folder. The spooler was stopping and starting. After we cleared out the sys32 folder, we were fine. Was pretty obvious when it was only happening on 1 server.

Same thing is happening to us today. Which system32 folder did you clear - Servers or Client?

servers: winnt\system32\spool\printers

Delete everything in that folder.
