Strange problem with Domain Controller hanging

We have a Domain Controller, a secondary one not the primary, that is also running Exchange 2003 although I do not believe the problem is related to that.

It seems to be hanging intermittently since last week. Nothing has been done on the server so I cannot tell what is causing this. When it hangs, if I attempt to login I can get the error message:

The system cannot log you on due to the following error:

The network request is not supported.

Please contact your system administrator.

We then have to power it down by pushing the power button and power it back up to get a login. Nothing in the Event Viewer is giving me any clues to what could be causing this.

Anyone have anything similar or seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Looks like this may be a new virus out there. I have come across several other forum posts with the same symptoms as mine all occuring on June 2.

Here is one link with several fix ideas, I am on my way in to work and will see what I can do.
