Strange printing problem

Hi all,

I've installed a hp deskjet 6127 with an onboard network adapter (our network is NT4 Terminal Server SP6). Users with administrator rights can print on it, but other users cannot. Anyone knows how this is possible?

I checked the permissions for the printer. Everyone has print permission. I also checked the spooler service. The option "allow service to interact with the desktop" is checked.
