working off of an 81c (cs1000 rls 5) back to an opt 11 rls 25.. the 11 was a two cust switch.. (installed by an idiot). moved all the cust 1 phones to cust 0.. changed the pri from cust 1 to cust 0.. no change in the 81c, now the msg lamps in the 11 cust 0 will not light..

reloaded the tmdi in the 11

int route, vod pni 1, dsel mwi, names work.. runs clean,, get a 4019 when i try to light a msg lamp on the station.. tried both leaving a msg and mik.. here's the kicker, i can out a station, add it back as cust 1, same dn, light the lamp..

is the MWI pointed down the DCH for the trunks in cust 1? I had a switch with cust 0 and cust 1 with overlapping DIDs and had this issue. I will look for my old notes and see.

ERR4019 is showing up on the 81c or 11?

Can u light the lamp locally, at the 11 site, using mik/mck keys?

Verify that MCI is included in the Options block in the CDB for customer 0.

Just a shot in the dark ....
I assume you are using Call Pilot???? If so, has someone set up some kind of translation that specifically points to cust 1 or cust 0 in the DN/MWI DN1 (2,3,4,5 etc) field in CP?

In the callpilot configuration wizard, you specify which customer you want the CallPilot to use.

But that would not affect your ability to use MIK/MCK keys in either customer to test.
