Strange Error In Crystal 8.5 Developer

I cannot create a new report to save with out getting the following error:

The handle is invalid.

Then nothing...I cannot save the new report. Any thoughts?

I experienced this with CR9 Professional. After a few hours of testing I uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed the software which fixed it. I still am not sure why it happened but this was quicker than spending anymore time not building reports!
