Strange Alarm/Error Messages 1

Can anyone help explain what the following message means? We get these every now and then from our CM, but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of info and we haven't been able to match it up to anything happening in the switch.

Any ideas?

Hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?
Stand-alone or duplicated servers?
What is shown in CM when you look at active and resolved alarms?

It appears that you have issues with alarm reporting through alarmtraq from what you have posted.

CM 6.1
We have a dual CM with an ESS
The alarm above was directly emailed from the CM
We don't have Alarmtraq
Can't see anything in alarms or errors that even remotely resembles or matches up with this error (and we got several of them).


 
Can you access the linux bash shell where CM resides. (Command: go shell) or
you can ssh to port 22 of the CM linux.

Try these commands in the active and standby CM servers.
almdisplay -v
almdisplay -res
