straight to voicemail

I have a Mitel 3300 system, rel 7 sp1 with Nupoint voicemail.
I have Mitel 5330e phone sets.
I have a user who wants to be able to set his phone so that calls will go straight to voicemail without ringing.
How can I set this up?

Forward always the phone to voicemail using feature codes or the blue settings key.
You could also program a call fwd key in the phone.

Or set 1st alternative to go there and put it into DND or log it out ........so many ways
