Stopping a window from opening on boot-up

When I boot-up, I have a window (Real Player G2) that opens everytime. How can go about stopping this from opening?

Try this..
click > start > run, type "msconfig" (without quotations!), click on the start up tab & uncheck the reference to real player, click > apply > ok.

Then open Real Player, look under the View, Preferences for something called "Start Center". Disable it, and ignore the stupid warning, close. Cheers,
