stoplight effect

Has anyone created a crystal report (xi or 2008) that is light a stoplight. If you click the green circle, then all the records that apply to that conditions will display? For yellow and red, the same thing except their records will display in the corresponding color?

Use an on-demand subreport for each color. Resize the sub to a square, add a border, add background color (green), in the font tab, remove the underline, and then go to format->subreport->on-demand subreport caption->x+2 and enter "" (for a plain green square) or add chr(79) for a circle. Repeat for each sub. You can color the records within each sub in the section expert if you want background color, or in the font tab for each field, if you want the font in color instead.
