Stop proxy cacheing internal content

Can I stop Microsoft Proxy 2 from cacheing data from an internal site. We have 19,000 users and many are not using the PAC and hence have incomplete exceptions. The Proxy is caching our oracle hr system and delivering sensitve cached info to the wrong users. Can I configure the Proxy not to cache content from this server?

Further investigation has revealed that this is an ISA2000 in place not a proxy 2. Assistance will be gratefully received.
