Hi.
We have paging setup so that DID-calls when not answered,
is forwarded to radio-paging system with
FDN 88 , 88 is FFC-code RPAX
Paging system is configured with "Meet me" so the paged
individual dials FFC-code 89 RPAN to pick up the call.

Problem is that if nobody picks up the call, it will
after 14-15 rings jump to the attendant-console or
into NIT-treatment, and we want to stop this from happening!

What's causing this forwarding to ATT???
I cant se anywhere in LD 58 any timer that indicates a recall to attendant on no answer.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
:)

look at your rdr data.. that might be the bad guy in that call flow.. or post your answer path and we can look at it for you.. i've told management several times, you can not always program around bad management.. if no one answers the phone, replace them

I don't think you can forward out-side call to a acod# or feature code, have to to a DN#.

The sets are programed with:
Code:
fdn 88
cls fna
rco 0
and as far as I can see, this is what makes it forward
into the paging-system when the rco-timer expires.
Am I wrong???

As far as the system is concerned they are DN's, and other things would control them.

They must be able to do it as it is working except for going to to the ATTN.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

i had to print that one.. ld 58 doesn't happen ever day.. do you have fba on the set? post one set.. and what is the nit treatment IF you have a 2250.. i might test, fnad hnt then set hunt to 88.. does it happen every call? and after how many rings? prt the tnb of 88?... the paging system could have a ring no answer transfer.. some of those meet me systems did.. nothing you posted looks like it includes a path back to the operator... is the console in nights when this is a problem?

There is no Consoles connected, so calls receives NIT-treatment all day.
DN 7000 is the MerMail, while 20000 and 3200 are DSC
to other sites.
We can tell that the calls end up here in the NIT because
between 0800 and 1200 they end up in the mailboxes, and
after 1200 they go to the other sites.
