Stop incoming call from ringing while on another call 1

Is there a way to stop an incoming call from audibly ringing on another line while the user is currently on another call? I couldn't find a solution in any other threads. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We are using Avaya 9608's and IP Office 9.0.4.0 build 965

Try reserve last CA.
Have only 2intercom buttons.

Also in the user tab telephony.. You can set the alert from ring to a single beep.
Can't quite remember the correct name for it..

A single non-repeated ring. By default this is the type of ring used when another call alerts you when you already have a call in connected.
