Stop error after loading security patch

Hi,

I have a Famous Blue Screen stop error appearing on an XP machine. It is Stop: 0x0000007b.

It was going fine until i loaded a MS security patch an now i cant get past the blue screen to uninstall the patch

Any Helpers please

Have you tried using Safe Mode (if it will run) and then using System Restore to go back to before yesterday which will remove the secrity patch.
