Stop Data From Rounding in ACCESS97 1

Can someone tell me how to stop data from rounding in Access97?

Could you be more explicit, are you by chance using a long or integer column type and entering data with dec point?, if yes switch to appropraite column type eg Currency, Double, Single

thanks, i had it on long integer. just another question which is off the first subject,

you wouldn't happen to know how to assign a shortcut key to a customized button on my form

First, I suggest creating a new topic when you have a new question. This increases your odds of getting an appropriate response, and increases the odds of somebody else finding the answer when they have the same question later.

Now, to answer your question, you use the "&" symbol inside the caption of the button to create a shortcut key to the button. For instance, if you entered the caption as "&Button", it would appear as "Button" with "B" as the shortcut key. Alternatively, "B&utton" would appear as "Button" with "u" as the shortcut key.

If you want the "&" symbol to actually appear in the caption, you enter it as "&&". For instance, if you wanted a button to read "This & That", you would enter the caption as "This && That".
