Hello,

We currently have a vector which queues to a skill, waits some time, then routes to another VDN. The problem is that the call is removed from the original queue when the vector encounters the "route-to" step.

Does anyone know how to avoid this? The aim is to keep the call in the original queue then route to another VDN which will queue to up to two other skills. The destination in the route to step is actually a variable so removing the route-to step doesn't seem like an option (since you can't queue-to a variable etc).

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Nick

You cannot route to another VDN without dequeuing. But you can just send the caller to the same vector used by the 2nd VDN and additively queue in more skills.
