Still can't FTP successfully........

I've tried numerous resources online to ftp upload and am having no success. I'd rather not use a batch file, but whatever works I guess. I just want an excel macro to login, upload a file under a different remote name, logout, and preferably have a transfer log saved, that's all. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!
