Still cannot use hotsync with citrix...

Hello,

I would like to use hotsync for my palm users.

So:
I installed Hotsync on citrix.
I published hotsync.

My user launches Hotsync. Hotsync appears in the taskbar of my user.
My user pushes the synchro button on his palm: nothing happens.

It seems the redirection between the com ports from the client to the server doesn't works. However, the port mapping is not disabled in RDP and ICA protocols. SO it shoud be activated no?

What is wrong in this situation?
